2013 Construction

County Road #3: Construction continues on two grade raises 2 and 21/2 miles north of County Road #22. Projects are expected to have bottom lift of asphalt completed before winter with the remaining work to be completed in the spring.

County Road #22: at Eckelson Lake: construction continues on the grade raise across Eckelson lake. Bottom lift of asphalt is expected to be placed before winter with the remaining work to be completed next spring.

County Road #21 North: Hill slide at Ashtabula Crossing, there is still work remaining that will be completed this fall. All asphalt work and final cleanup will be finished in the spring.

2014 construction

County Road #21 from Valley City north to state highway #26 will receive a two inch lift of asphalt. Projects will be bid in November 2013 for construction in 2014.
