Certified Home Care

We provide skilled nursing and therapy services and home care aide services in the home under the direction of a physician.

We assist persons with medical needs for recovery, prevention and return to normal family and fundamental activities.

Our services include:
Skilled nursing
Home care aides
Physical therapy
Speech therapy
Occupational therapy

Who pays for Home Care?

Medicare pays for all skilled services and home care aides in the home if the needed requirements are met. If eligible, Medical Assistance will pay for this service. Veteran’s Administration, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other insurance carriers will cover certain home care.

To Obtain Services

Referral to City-County Home Care may come from family, patient, physicians, hospital, social worker, nursing home and other agencies.

No person is refused services because of inability to pay.
